You release them from all responsibility for any incidents or injuries that may occur before, during, or after your stay. Participation in pool and fitness center activities are entirely voluntary. By doing so, you confirm your awareness of potential risks, such as slips, falls, or other physical injuries. Furthermore, you certify that you have no medical conditions that may increase the likelihood of injury. SOUTH FLORIDA WILDLIFE South Florida’s warm, tropical climate means that you may occasionally see insects or other small wildlife around the property, including the occasional bug or cockroach. This is a normal part of the local environment and can occur even in well-maintained homes and condos. The property receives preventative pest maintenance to help minimize nuisance pests.
