LIVING + KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, toaster, and a Keurig with a premium coffee station, so mornings start easy with no coffee run required. In-unit laundry makes longer stays simple, and the open living area flows out to the balcony, giving the whole group room to spread out. Board games and a shelf of books are on hand for game nights and slow mornings in. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional supplies. RENTAL AGREEMENT All bookings require a signed rental agreement, sent by secure link within 24 hours of booking and completed before check-in details are issued. LIABILITY WAIVER By booking this property, you agree to the following terms: You acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with pool and fitness center use and agree that the property owners, co-hosts, and property management company will not be held liable for any injuries sustained on the premises. You release them from all responsibility for any incidents or injuries that may occur before, during, or after your stay. Participation in pool and fitness center activities are entirely voluntary. By doing so, you confirm your awareness of potential risks, such as slips, falls, or other physical injuries. Furthermore, you certify that you have no medical conditions that may increase the likelihood of injury. SOUTH FLORIDA WILDLIFE South Florida’s warm, tropical climate means that you may occasionally see insects or other small wildlife around the property, including the occasional bug or cockroach. This is a normal part of the local environment and can occur even in well-maintained homes and condos. The property receives preventative pest maintenance to help minimize nuisance pests. We appreciate your understanding and ask that guests do not harm or disturb any wildlife they may encounter.
