SUPPLIES A starter supply of essentials is provided for your convenience, including toiletries, paper products, kitchen basics, coffee, and beach gear (chairs, towels). For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional supplies. RENTAL AGREEMENT All bookings require a signed rental agreement, sent by secure link within 24 hours of booking and completed before check-in details are issued. LIABILITY WAIVER By booking this property, you agree to the following terms: You acknowledge and accept the potential risks associated with pool, and waterfront use and agree that the property owners, co-hosts, and property management company will not be held liable for any injuries sustained on the premises. You release them from all responsibility for any incidents or injuries that may occur before, during, or after your stay. Participation in pool and waterfront activities are entirely voluntary. By doing so, you confirm your awareness of potential risks, such as slips, falls, or other physical injuries. Furthermore, you certify that you have no medical conditions that may increase the likelihood of injury. SOUTH FLORIDA WILDLIFE South Florida’s warm, tropical climate is home to a variety of wildlife. During your stay, you may see insects, reptiles, or other local wildlife around the property. This is a normal part of the South Florida environment. The home receives regular preventative pest maintenance to help minimize nuisance pests. Please do not harm or disturb any wildlife you may encounter. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the natural outdoor environment that comes with staying in South Florida. NOTE: Security Cameras & Noise Monitor We have an exterior doorbell camera and outdoor security cameras to help prevent parties, unregistered guests, and damage. There is also a noise monitor inside the home that measures volume levels only and does not record audio. Breaking the house rules can lead to removal by police and cancellation of your booking without a refund. NOTE: Outdoor Maintenance Pool, landscaping, and trash bin service crews visit the outdoor areas (yard, pool, driveway, and side yard) about twice a week. Exact days and times vary with weather and crew availability. Crews work outside only and never enter the house. Our rental agreement, signed before check-in, asks you to confirm these outdoor visits. If you'd like service skipped or limited during your stay, just message us and we'll do our best to arrange it. • Pool is heated to 84°F free of charge. Any temperature above 84°F incurs a $75/day fee. • Due to the waterfront location, mosquitoes may be present during certain times of the year.
